1-Returns

• We know you will love our products as a solution for your need!
• However, if you would like to return. we will accept your return request within 5 working days from delivery date (delivery date included). & we will refund the value accordingly which takes 5 working days.
• Product including packaging has to be in the same condition as received. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return request.
• Return request after 5 working days from delivery date won’t be accepted. 

2-Delivery

• We deliver for free! You pay only the price that you see on the product (Price is including VAT)
• Delivery within Dubai & Sharjah in 48 hours! Abu Dhabi delivery on Sundays only.
• We deliver during working days. Enjoy your weekend! (Exception for Abu Dhabi Sunday delivery)
• We deliver in a sustainable way. Sure, you will like our bags.
• We are preparing for delivery to other emirates & countries. Bear with us!

3-Out of stock

• We closely monitor stocks level.
• In case of out of stock due to high demand, we will do our best to be available back in stock within 2-7 working days.
• Please re-check availability back within couple of days.
